On June 25th, 2023, the SOCA conducted a monitoring trip, led by Mr. Mohmoud Elmi, the financial officer of SOCA. The purpose of this trip was to observe the Academy for Development and Advocacy of Minorities (ADAM) as they conducted a comprehensive training program for applicants of the welding course. This training aims to provide individuals with a comprehensive understanding of the welding industry and equip them with the necessary skills to excel in this field. During the training, participants will have the opportunity to explore various welding courses offered by ADAM. This course is designed to cater to individuals with different levels of experience, from beginners to advanced learners. Whether you are looking to start a career in welding or enhance the trainee’s existing skills, this course will provide them with the knowledge and practical training needed to succeed. ADAM's team of experienced instructors will be present to guide the participants through the course selection process. They will provide detailed information about each section, including the curriculum, duration, and potential career opportunities upon completion. Additionally, the trainers will be available to answer any questions or concerns the trainee may have, ensuring that they make an informed decision about their educational journey. Therefore, the course incorporates practical workshops and real-world scenarios to enhance your learning experience.
