This report focuses on the orientation and tool distribution for the ADAM's Auto Mechanics Course in Burao, which took place on July 5, 2023, in the lobby of the Darussalam One factory. This report aims to outline the improvements made by ADAM to provide participants with a more engaging, professional, and understandable experience. ADAM recognizes the importance of a successful start to the auto mechanics course and, therefore, is updating the orientation procedure. This involves providing a comprehensive overview of the course goals, materials, and requirements. ADAM also emphasizes the significance of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and its proper application to ensure a safe learning environment. By explaining the training elements in simple terms and modern approaches, participants will have a better understanding of the course. To maintain a professional environment, it is crucial to standardize the distribution of PPE and training resources. ADAM proposes the development of a detailed checklist that specifies the PPE and training tools requirements for each participant. Additionally, regular checks should be conducted to ensure the reliability and efficiency of the equipment provided. By adhering to these standards, ADAM can ensure a consistent and professional experience for all participants. ADAM suggests incorporating dynamic and interesting training technologies to enhance the learning experience. This may include multimedia presentations, interactive exercises, and real-world (small cars not trucks because the trainer has no experience for trucks) examples. These technologies allow both the instructor and students to create a dynamic and engaging learning environment that caters to different learning preferences. Moreover, participants are more likely to actively engage in the learning process and retain the material. In conclusion, ADAM is committed to improving the orientation process and the provision of PPE and training materials for the ADAMs Auto Mechanics Course.
